Two bays are always better than one!
Quantum Performance has begun construction for its new Mustang AWD in ground dynamometer. A large 14 X 12 foot pit has been cut out and is being constructed to properly mount our new machine flush into the shop floor. Estimated arrival of the dynamometer from Mustang is mid to late June, and it should be fully functional by July.
Over the weekend we cleaned the new shop area and put in a fresh epoxy floor coating. Check out the before and after pics and look forward to more updates as we continue to setup the new shop.
Moroso has recently released their new Air Oil Separator Kit for the 2006-07 WRX and 2004-07 STI, and Quantum Performance is running a special price of $349.99 (normally $392.90) for a limited time. This new "catch can" system is different from the others.
The Moroso system utilizes two tanks instead of your typical one tank system. One tank catches excessive vapors, moisture and oil at the crankcase, and recirculates air back into the intake. The second tank catches residual oil and moisture from each cylinder head. This allows the crankcase system to breathe separately, as designed by Subaru originally. Moroso is the only company currently offering a system that accomplishes this. Additionally, they can also be polished or powder coated easily for a nice custom look.

- Nissan now recommends GTR brake fluid to be used in place of regular Dot3 brake fluid in the clutch systems on 08+ G cars and 09+ Z cars, due to a possibility of the pedal sticking or staying down at times.
Quantum Performance stocks GTR brake fluid, as well as other performance fluids to replace your old fluid.
The new online store is up and running (partially). Currently the checkout page is not functional (coming soon) but the items and pricing side is up and running. We will be accepting credit card sales online once the checkout page is finished, but currently we can still do credit at the shop or in person via Square.
