Where are we located?

Quantum Performance is conveniently located just one block west off of Highway 57, in Fredonia Wisconsin. We are located just 20 minutes south of Road America, and are almost evenly placed between the Milwaukee and the Fox Valley areas. Our new facility allows very easy freeway access, and can easily accommodate enclosed vehicle trailer drop off.

What product line(s) does Quantum Performance carry? 

Quantum Performance works with many OEM and High Performance parts manufacturers. We stress quality for our parts lines, and have used our experience and knowledge to help us select some of the best around. Additionally, we have direct training and experience working with many of large performance product lines. Primarily, Quantum Performance deals with most OEM and aftermarket parts for most Import brands, but we do have access to Domestic brands as well.

More specifically, Quantum Performance is Wisconsin's largest direct dealer for Cobb Tuning, stocking the largest on hand inventory of Cobb Tuning products in the state. We have Accessports on hand for all supported Cobb Tuning applications, as well as a very large and complete assortment of hard parts for the Subaru, GTR, FORD and EVOX platform lines.

Does Quantum Performance warranty parts?

Yes, Quantum Performance will warranty the OEM and aftermarket performance parts we sell, in accordance with our policies and the manufacture policy(s). If you have purchased the part from Quantum Performance, the part must still be within the manufacturer's warranty period (if it carry's one) and must have been installed by Quantum Performance. The vehicle for which the part has been installed must also be inspected by Quantum Performance for proper installation and application, in order to determine the cause of the part failure. If Quantum Performance determines the part failure is due to manufacturing / defect, Quantum Performance will work with the supplier or manufacturer (on the customer's behalf) to determine the specific warranty coverage route for which to handle the item(s). Some restrictions may apply and can be manufacture specific. Customer is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs associated, along with any necessary removal / installation costs or consumables (i.e. gaskets, fluids, etc...) needed for inspection and processing of warranty claims. Some restrictions may apply, for more info please see our Policies page.

Many of the performance parts we sell come with a basic warranty from the manufacturer, a detail many people overlook completely. Additionally, should you have a part failure within the part manufacturer's warranty, Quantum Performance will work directly with the provider to insure proper part replacement or repair. This can be especially beneficial if the desired part is on back order from the manufacturer, especially one over seas. Quantum Performance has the ability to deal directly with many providers to help resolve warranty and backorder issues, and in many cases items can be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Our technicians have experience in unique function and fit-ability requirements that are often needed for performance part installations. Furthermore, we often have first hand training  or experience directly working with many of the larger performance manufacturers and their product lines. This is key, since many parts do not come with directions or may require special fitment to work properly with other modifications already installed on the vehicle. Additionally, should a product or kit need to be customized or even redesigned for proper fitment, we have in house fabrication capabilities and tooling to allow us to meet the needs. Quantum Performance technicians take pride in their work and take extra steps to ensure durability and longevity of the parts installed. This can range from protecting a whole harness from excessive heat, to as simple as using zinc plated bolts to help prevent corrosion; it all adds up.
